The inconsistent soundproofing. The outdated furnishings in my room didn't match the price I was paying!!!

The hotel boasts a fantastic location just off the Champs-Élysées. While the room was charming and comfortable, the bathroom was disappointingly small. The staff's friendliness and willingness to assist stood out, offering a lovely touch during the stay.

Just enjoyed a fantastic stay with a lovely ambiance and gorgeous decor. The breakfast spread was delightful and surprisingly abundant! The clean spacious room made us feel right at home.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the champs elysees and close to luxurious shops like dior and chanel. The junior suite was spacious and beautifully refurbished. The staff were friendly and helpful. They offer relaxation massages with an option to bring in a masseur, a fantastic touch.

Cozy room, comfortable atmosphere, with a spacious area that accommodated our restful sleep and a large shower that provided a refreshing experience after exploring the nearby attractions like the Arc de Triomphe and the shops along the Champs Elysees.

During my stay, I appreciated the wonderful proximity to the Champs de Mars, just a stroll away, and the lovely staff who made my experience feel special, particularly Laurent, were really nice to ensure everything was perfect.

Great location but tight space

So, we spent 2 nights here. The location was super handy, really close to all the shopping and sights. But the room was kinda cramped, and we had trouble fitting our luggage. Plus, breakfast was a letdown for the price. At least the staff was friendly, and we enjoyed ordering in-room breakfast!

One room lacked basic amenities like mirrors, and some electrical issues caused inconvenience. Cold water on the last day was an unexpected letdown for a four-star experience, leaving me contemplating alternate accommodations for future visits.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Junior Suite. The location was central. Staff were helpful and fluent in English. Breakfast was delicious and served until noon. Room service was quick and offered tasty options 😊

The warm ambiance wrapped around us like a hug. Each morning started with the most delicious breakfast buffet with fluffy scrambled eggs and warm pastries-a true treat! Our spacious Beautiful Room reminded me of a dreamy Parisian escape, beautifully decorated with lovely traditional touches.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Claridge and chose this hotel because of its central location. The staff really impressed me. They were friendly. I received a complimentary room upgrade. The room, a Classic Double, showcased beautiful decor, though some areas felt a bit dated. Breakfast was a highlight with a good spread of freshly baked pastries and fruits. I enjoyed my stay overall, but little plumbing issues need attention for a fully satisfying experience.
